CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. There is a late-cancellation fee of $40 for less than 24 hours notice.
CONSISTENT ATTENDANCE
Each time a client misses an appointment without providing proper notice, someone else is prevented from receiving treatment. If attendance records show that you are cancelling or re-scheduling frequently, you may be asked to find a different day/time for your appointments or to put your therapy on pause until you can attend regularly.
PAYMENT
When you enroll in sessions, you will save a form of payment on file (credit card, HSA, or FSA). You will be billed at the end of each meeting. You are welcome to request out-of-network super-bills if you would like to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please inquire about rates.
